District Sport League (Pty) Ltd (DSL) is a women-led, impact-driven company specializing in corporate team building, communication development, wellness initiatives, and sport-based training programmes.

We exist to help individuals and organisations grow stronger through experiential learning, using sport and team-based methodologies to unlock better communication, collaboration, and performance. At the same time, we are deeply committed to female athlete empowerment, particularly within the South African netball ecosystem.

Who We Are

Founded in Stellenbosch, District Sport League is 51% Black-owned and 100% women-led, with a strong focus on transformation, inclusivity, and sustainable development.

Our work bridges two worlds:

• Corporate performance and workplace wellbeing
• Athlete development and community upliftment

By combining these, we create meaningful impact both on and off the court.
